Our services are based on significant accumulated experience in this area of law by the Firm’s Principal, a veteran of the Oil & Gas industry, who spent twenty-one (21) years in the Law Department of Mobil Producing Nigeria, a major ExxonMobil operating subsidiary. He spent three and a half (31/2) of those years as International Transactions Counsel in the company’s Head Office, E & P Division, in Fairfax, Virginia, USA.
